Mr. Allen Kintigh is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Royal Equipment, Inc.
Mr. Kintigh is also Chairman of the Board for BiznizWeb, Inc., an information technologies company.
Mr. Kintigh was formerly President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Board of Directors member for
New York State Electric & Gas Corporation of Binghamton, NY USA. Mr. Kintigh was also the former
President of Somerset Railroad Corporation and a former member of the Board of Directors for Acres
International of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Mr. Kintigh received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in
Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
