Our Corporate Leadership

     Mr. Allen Kintigh is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Royal Equipment, Inc. Mr. Kintigh is also Chairman of the Board for BiznizWeb, Inc., an information technologies company. Mr. Kintigh was formerly President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Board of Directors member for New York State Electric & Gas Corporation of Binghamton, NY USA. Mr. Kintigh was also the former President of Somerset Railroad Corporation and a former member of the Board of Directors for Acres International of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Mr. Kintigh received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

     Mr. David Kintigh is Chief Operating Officer of Royal Equipment, Inc. Mr. Kintigh previously held various management positions at Unit Rig & Equipment Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, including Sales Manager - Europe and Africa and Product Manager - Remanufacturing. Mr. Kintigh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

     Mr. Wisenbaker is Chief Financial Officer for Royal Equipment. Mr. Wisenbaker brings an extensive background in all aspects of business financial management to the company. Most recently Mr. Wisenbaker was controller for a leading escrow services company based in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, Mr. Wisenbaker served as controller, IT manager, and commercial lease manager for a large regional real estate developer.
Mr. Wisenbaker is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
