ROYAL EQUIPMENT APPOINTS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Don Wisenbaker selected to lead financial operations.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – January 5, 2005 – Royal Equipment, Inc., a leading provider of warranted, remanufactured heavy equipment components and spare parts for the surface mining industry, today announced that Don Wisenbaker has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Wisenbaker brings to Royal Equipment more than ten years of progressive financial management experience.

Mr. Wisenbaker brings an extensive background in all aspects of business financial management to the company. Most recently Mr. Wisenbaker was controller for a leading escrow services company based in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, Mr. Wisenbaker served as controller, IT manager, and commercial lease manager for a large regional real estate developer.

Mr. Wisenbaker is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
